Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if you aren't 100% satisfied you have 14 days to return your item/s. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange the item, you are more than welcome to (providing the relevant item is in stock).  

Please note that until we have received the item, it is still your responsibility. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a return is made.
 Please read the following information before returning your item/s:

  • All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item/s should be returned unworn and in the same condition as you received them in.
  • Any returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. 
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and tags should be included in your return.
  • Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email. 
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of processing your return. Unfortunately any postage costs will be non-refundable.
